AVAILABLE SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States, as well as international delivery to five countries: Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, and France.

SHIPPING TIME

Business Days are Monday through Sunday, Eastern Standard Time, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Orders placed after 8:00 pm Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Estimated Transit Time.

Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days (in regular seasons).

Transit Time: Transit time varies by location based on the standard shipping method. These are our estimates:

United States: 3 – 7 business days.

Canada: 5-12 business days.

United Kingdom: 6-12 business days.

Australia: 7-15 business days.

Germany, France: 6-14 business days.

Weather events, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.

  • During large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays, there is a good chance that it could take the 4 business days to get these orders out of our warehouse because our deals are just so awesome that everyone wants to be a part of them!
  • We are NOT LIABLE if a package cannot be delivered because the destination information is missing, incomplete, or incorrect.
    When checking out, please enter the correct shipping information. If you discover an error, please contact us as soon as possible at service@britahome.com. However, if your order has left our warehouse, it is out of our control.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are calculated at a flat rate per order and will vary between domestic shipping within the United States and international shipping to other countries. Shipping costs do not depend on the number of items or the size of the packaging.

Our available shipping units are USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx or EMS.

International Shipping & Customs Fees

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities, are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in your order total. They may be collected separately by local authorities before delivery. To avoid surprises, we recommend reviewing your country’s customs policies or contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number and tracking link so you can track your order on the way home! Please allow 2 business days for the shipping provider to scan your package into their system.
If you try to track your package and the information is not available, it means that your service provider has not processed your package. Once the package is scanned into their system, the tracking events will appear on the tracking page. You can always track your order at all times to know when the package arrives at your doorstep.

Q&A SHIPPING

I place an order and have multiple items. Can they be delivered to different addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
Can I change the recipient information?
You can, just as long as the order hasn’t been shipped.
What causes the order to be delivered late?
Most packages are delivered on time. On rare occasions, orders show up after the estimated delivery date.
