Modify/Cancel Order

1. Buyer always has the right to cancel and modify the order placed within 24 hours of the successful order.
2. If you change your mind about your purchase, please send a request via email: service@britahome.com within 24 hours of placing the order, and provide information including: order number, order email and content you want to modify or cancel.
   We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made via email.
3. Brita Home will proceed to cancel the order and refund the full amount of the purchase within 2-3 business days.
4. Please be informed that:
   • We are not guaranteed to deliver your order modified in timely manner.
5. After 24 hours and Orders Already Shipped: If an order has already been shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible. In this case, customers may refer to our Exchange/Return & Refund Policy to request a return after receiving the item.
