Exchange/Return & Refund Policy

Brita Home accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products.


1. Return Window.

Customers may submit a request for a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered.


2. Item Condition.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must satisfy all of the following requirements.

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The item must remain in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

Items that fail to meet these criteria may be declined for a refund or exchange.


3. Non-Returnable Items.

We may be unable to accept returns under the following circumstances.

  • Requests submitted beyond the 30-day return period.
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or included components.
  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repairs.

4. Free Returns.

We only accept returns by post.

At Brita Home, we offer free returns on all approved requests.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (download and print). The full cost of return shipping is covered by us, and no fees will be deducted from your refund.

We also do not charge any restocking or handling fees.


5. How to Request a Return.

Step 1 – Contact Us.
Email our support team at service@britahome.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Step 2 – Approval & Instructions.
If your request is approved, we will issue a return authorization along with a prepaid return label (download and print), typically within 1 business day.

Step 3 – Pack Your Item.
Carefully repack the product using its original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included.

Step 4 – Send the Package.
Drop off the parcel at the shipping carrier specified on the prepaid label.

Please wait for our confirmation and instructions before returning any item to ensure proper processing.


6. Refund Process.

  • Inspection: Returned items are reviewed within 1 business day after arrival at our return address.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days. You will receive a notification when the refund is issued.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be sent to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal). Gift orders may be refunded as store credit.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

The original shipping fee may also be refunded if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

Late or missing refund (if any)
In case you have not received your refund within 5 working days after we notify you, please check your bank account
Then contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, please contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges.

You may request an exchange for a different size, color, or similar product within the same 30-day return period, provided the item meets all return conditions.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may.

  • Select an alternative product of equal value.
  • Upgrade to a higher-priced item by paying the difference.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the replacement order will be processed and shipped.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. Our team will arrange either a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.


9. Cancel an order

Buyer always has the right to cancel and modify the order placed within 24 hours of the successful order. Read more: Modify/Cancel Order.
