Buyer always has the right to cancel and modify the order placed within 24 hours of the successful order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
If you change your mind about your purchase, please send a request via email: service@britahome.com within 24 hours of placing the order, and provide information including: order number, order email and content you want to modify or cancel. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made via email.
Brita Home will proceed to cancel the order and refund the full amount of the purchase within 2-3 business days
