I. Total amount for an invoice at Brita Home includes:
– Item Price: The price of the item is clearly stated in each product.
– Shipping Fee: The shipping fee depends on the buyer’s destination and will be charged when the buyer enters the address. Fees are described in the Shipping Policy.
– Sales tax: For orders shipped within Texas, sales tax of up to 8.25% (including state and local rates) is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. This tax also applies to shipping charges, as required by Texas law. Detail at Tax Policy.
We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to other U.S. states or international destinations.
Customers do not need to pay any additional taxes or fees other than the above items to receive their orders.
II. Payment:
– We accept PayPal and most major credit/debit cards, including: Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX. Detail at Payment Methods.
– All payments are made immediately after completing the order.
– If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, orders will not be placed for the products, and no items will be shipped.
III. Cancel the order and get a refund
– The buyer can cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order. Upon receiving the request, Brita Home will proceed to cancel the order and refund the full amount of the purchase within 2-3 business days.
