  • Does Brita Home have a physical store?
    No. Brita Home operates exclusively online and does not have any physical retail locations.
  • What does the total amount at checkout include?
    The total amount includes the item price, shipping fee, and applicable sales tax (if any). No additional charges are required beyond what is shown at checkout.
  • Do you charge sales tax on all orders?
    Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped within Texas. Orders shipped to other U.S. states or international destinations are not subject to sales tax.
  • Are there any extra fees for international orders?
    No. Import duties, VAT/GST, or other international charges are covered by Brita Home. You will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • When is payment charged?
    Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order.
  • Is my payment information secure?

  • Can my order be canceled or modified?
    Yes. Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After that, changes may not be possible.

    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

    Transit time depends on your location:

    Canada: 5–12 business days

    Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order:
    United States: $3.50
    International: $15.90
  • Do you offer free returns?
    Yes. We provide free returns on all approved return requests and cover the return shipping cost.
  • What is your return policy?
    You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging included.
  • How do I request a return?
    Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
  • How long does it take to receive a refund?
    Refunds are processed within 2 business days after approval. It may take up to 5 additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.
  • Can I exchange an item?
    Yes. Exchanges for size, color, or similar products are available within the 30-day return period.

  • Can I ship items to multiple addresses in one order?
