I. Total amount for an invoice at Brita Home includes:

– Item Price: The price for each item is clearly displayed on the product page and remains consistent in the shopping cart and at checkout. This price does not include sales tax.
– Shipping Fee: Shipping costs are flat rate based on destination, will be charged when the buyer enters the address. Fees are described in the Shipping Policy.
– Sales tax (if any): For orders shipped within Texas, sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. This tax also applies to shipping charges, as required by Texas law. Detail at Tax Policy.

We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to other U.S. states or international destinations.

International Shipping & Customs Fees
We strive to keep our pricing transparent; however, international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in your order total. To avoid surprises, we recommend reviewing your country’s customs policies or contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

The total amount displayed on the invoice at the checkout page represents the entire sum you pay to our store. Customers do not need to pay any additional taxes or fees other than the above items to receive their orders.

II. Payment:

We use only the PayPal payment gateway throughout the customer checkout process.

– We accept PayPal and most major credit/debit cards, including: Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX. Detail at Payment Methods.
– All payments are made immediately after completing the order.
– If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, orders will not be placed for the products, and no items will be shipped.

Secure Transactions

All payments are processed through encrypted connections using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to protect your payment information during checkout.

Payment transactions are handled directly by trusted third-party payment providers. Gobandzus does not store or have direct access to your credit card or payment details.

Fraud Prevention

To help protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, some orders may be automatically reviewed by our payment system. In certain cases, additional verification may be required before an order can be processed and shipped.

Currency

All prices listed on our website are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

If you are using an international card or payment method, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees according to their policies.

III. Refunds for Overpayments or Cancellations

If you have been charged incorrectly, or if you cancel an order within the allowed cancellation window, a refund will be issued to your original payment method through PayPal.

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after confirmation. Your bank or PayPal may take an additional 5 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
