HANDLING TIME, TRANSIT TIME

Orders placed after 8:00 pm Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time: 1-2 business days (in regular seasons) or more, depending on holiday seasons.

Transit Time: Transit time varies by location. These are our estimates:

United States: 3 – 7 business days (Hawaii and Alaska usually take 5-7 business days).

Canada: 5-12 business days.

United Kingdom: 6-12 business days.

Australia: 7-15 business days.

Germany, France: 6-14 business days.

Rest of World: 10 – 25 business days, or longer (depending on delivery location, shipping carriers).

Note: There are many regions and countries where shipping may not be available. Weather events, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are calculated at a flat rate per order and will vary between domestic shipping within the United States and international shipping to other countries. Shipping costs do not depend on the number of items or the size of the packaging.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are our responsibility.

SHIPPING UNIT

Our available shipping units are USPS, DHL, and EMS. Packages from our US warehouse will be shipped by USPS, EMS, or DHL, depending on the weight and size of the product or destination.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number and tracking link so you can track your order on the way home! Please allow 2 business days for the shipping provider to scan your package into their system.
If you try to track your package and the information is not available, it means that your service provider has not processed your package. Once the package is scanned into their system, the tracking events will appear on the tracking page. You can always track your order at all times to know when the package arrives at your doorstep.

Q&A SHIPPING

I place an order and have multiple items. Can they be delivered to different addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
Can I change the recipient information?
You can, just as long as the order hasn’t been shipped.
What causes the order to be delivered late?
Most packages are delivered on time. On rare occasions, orders show up after the estimated delivery date.
