1. Return

Return Window and Item Conditions:

Return policy is effective within 30 calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered. Customers may submit a request for a return or exchange within this period.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
  • The item must remain in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

Return Method and Process

We only accept returns by mail. To initiate a return, customers must submit a request during the eligible return period. Once approved, Brita Home will provide:

  • A return authorization, and
  • A prepaid return shipping label via email (download and print)

Please wait for our return authorization and instructions before returning any item to ensure proper processing.

Cost of Return shipping

Brita Home offers free returns on approved requests:

  • We provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • The full cost of return shipping is covered by us.

Restocking Fees

We apply a restocking fee of 8% of the item’s price for returns not caused by any error on our part, and deduct this amount from the refund.

Documentation required for return requests

To request a return, please email service@britahome.com with: your order number, the item(s) to be returned, the reason for return, clear photos of the item(s).

Steps to Return an Item

Step 1 – Submit Your Request
Email our support team with the required information and documentation.

Step 2 – Approval & Instructions
If approved, we will issue a return authorization and a prepaid return label, typically within 1 business day.

Step 3 – Pack Your Item
Carefully repack the item using the original packaging and include all tags and accessories.

Step 4 – Send the Package
Drop off the parcel with the shipping carrier specified on the prepaid label (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.).

Return inspection

Returned item(s) are inspected within 2 business days after arriving at our return address.


2. Exchanges.

We also offer exchanges for items and requests that meet our return eligibility criteria. Please follow the return process to return the original item, and requirements for replacement items.

If the requested replacement is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the replacement order will be processed and shipped, typically no more than 2 business days. Any price difference for the item, if applicable, must be paid before the replacement item is shipped.


3. Refund

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days. You will receive a notification when the refund is issued.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be sent to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal). Gift orders may be refunded as store credit.

Damaged, Defective, Different description or Incorrect Items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, different description or incorrect, please contact us with your order number, and clear photos of the item(s). Our team will arrange either a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.

Late or missing refund (if any)
Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. If you haven’t received your refund within the estimated time, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card provider or bank, as refunds may take additional time to process. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@britahome.com.
