Exchange/Return & Refund Policy

EXCHANGE/RETURN

We always provide you with the best products possible, for some reason or you no longer need this product, you can return/exchange it according to the regulations.

Method of exchange/return:
We accept exchange/return by mail.

Policy Timeframe:
Buyers have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange/return and refund policy.

Item conditions: New condition, can be unpacked but not used.

Steps to exchange/return:
Step 1: Please email us at: service@britahome.com, providing a photo of the product you received along with a detailed snapshot of the product’s defect, or the reason for the exchange/return.
Step 2: Our product customer service team will review your request. If your request is approved, we will provide you with a exchange/return label.
Step 3: Pack the product carefully and send it to the return address: 9024 Silsby Dr Fort, Worth, Texas 76244, United States.
At the time of shipping the package exchange / return. Please email us with: Order number, Shipping/Returning Date, Item, Quantity.

How much will customers pay for return shipping?
We will provide prepaid labels for any item. Prepaid labels will be mailed, you need to download and print return label.

What is the restocking fee?
Customer do not charge restocking fees for any item.

REPLACEMENT
After receiving the package, our inspection department will evaluate. If an exchange is required, we make the decision to send a replacement item. We will notify and include the tracking number of the replacement package. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship the replacement item to you to your original address of purchase.

REFUND

When will you receive your refund?
After we receive your return item. Your returned items will be processed through our inspection department for approval or rejection within 2 business days.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Total refund
If your refund request is approved, you will receive the full amount of your purchase including the shipping you paid.

How can you get a refund?
If your refund is approved, it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days.

Late or missing refund (if any)
In case you have not received your refund within 3-5 working days after we notify you, please check your bank account
Then contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, please contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
